[PART two/2] I know I'm super late uploading a second part of my followers gift. Mainly because I kinda suck at building simply this is cute right?
It'southward a fairy cottage I built for a supernatural save I have been working on, for ages.
It is placed in Saint Greer Islands created by @gruesim so it will use most of the terrains, plants and shrubbery from that earth. Just I'thou sure it wouldn't be too hard to alter if you wanted to apply it in other worlds.
This is HEAVILY cc'ed and then I did include a package file in the download binder.

I needed some squeamish total shelves for my bakery and then here they are!! i used ea meshes and textures, with some adjustments :) i tried to go along them as low poly every bit possible, and they both include two LODs. which i'm commonly too lazy to do lol
known issue: i of the shelves has a tiny gap in the bottom rail - distressing about that!!

I've ever hated the style babies' eye textures are linked to their skintone. You can't come across the baby's genetic heart color, the sclera is only distinguishable from skin on the palest of babies, and conflicting babies all have human optics. While searching for the nth time for a fix, I came across this Sims 3 Tutorial Hub mail service suggesting accompaniment contacts as a potential workaround. Then I tried making some! These employ squea'south Beetle Eye ii textures for the pupil and sclera, on top of the center texture from Chisami's Blush Baby default skin.
How to use:
Enable cheats, shift + click the baby, then select Edit Sim in Create a Sim. You lot'll only need to utilise the accessory contacts for the infant'southward Everyday outfit.
Or you tin employ a mod, like NRaas Primary Controller. Click on the baby, then select NRaas > Master Controller > Advanced > Edit in CAS.
Compatibility:
In addition to Chisami's Blush Baby default (used in the preview), I've tested these with vanilla Maxis, Brntwaffles' Baby Soft default, Kurasoberina's Primer Skin, and @danjaley's Sims 2 Baby for Sims 3.
These are categorized as rings. If you use other baby accessories also categorized as rings, yous can still use this at the same time by enabling multiple accessories per category with NRaas Master Controller (Integration module recommended to access settings in CAS). With Integration, just correct-click the Options push button in CAS, and then set Multiple Accessories Per Location to True. Or, in Live Mode/without Integration, click a computer or the Town Hall, and so navigate to NRaas > Master Controller > Settings > CAS > Multiple Accessories Per Location > fix to True.

I was tired of using always the same eyebrows over and over over again on my sim children, I accept but the default replacements from Unproblematic Life and the other custom ones I accept are way too sparse to look practiced on my born-in-game sims. And so after looking and not finding what I wanted I took matters into my own hands and I made some myself (is ever like this, isn't information technology?).

This mod makes the game's logic threads run faster, speeding up loading of Purchase/Build and CASt, smoother UI elements, smoother CAS, fixes CAS music randomly stopping, among other things.
This mod should work on Steam, Retail and No-CD versions of the game. Non on Origin versions unfortunately every bit it blocks this kind of hack, so 1.69 won't work.
Download: SFS / Dropbox
Merely unzip the file into your "The Sims iii/Game/Bin" folder.
You tin configure the modernistic by editing the TS3Patch.txt file with notepad. I left comments in that file on how to ready information technology up if you're having any issues or if you lot recollect your computer is practiced enough to increase the speed fifty-fifty more (or decrease it if the default is too demanding)
The changes are most noticeable in CAS: Smoother body sliders, Sim rotation and quicker switching of clothes.
